COPE
The UIL Legislative Council requires all coaches and officials to complete the Coaches and Officials Positive Expectations (COPE) program each year. The COPE program is available via the UIL Website only. To complete the online COPE program, coaches and officials must first register for an account on the UIL Gateway.
